This policy explains what Ralmutino collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account and sign-up details: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), country, approximate number of agents, how you heard about us, and the plan you selected.
- Office data: agent names, statuses and messages your Claude Code sends through MCP, room and accessory settings.
- Technical and marketing data: IP address, browser user agent, pages visited, and campaign parameters (such as utm tags, fbclid or gclid) used to measure which ads bring visitors.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment card or bank details on this site during early access. We do not receive your source code, your Claude credentials or your ad account passwords.
How we use it
To run and secure the Service, to contact you about your early access and billing, to answer support requests, and to measure and improve our marketing.
Cookies and pixels
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and local storage to remember campaign parameters. We may use the Meta pixel to measure ad performance; you can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that host and operate the Service, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and opt out of marketing emails at any time, by writing to hello@ralmutino.com. California residents have the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without the notice required by law.
